Vishnu Vishal–Arunraja Kamaraj Combo Gets a Break!

Kollywood actor Vishnu Vishal has officially announced the cancellation of his upcoming project with director Arunraja Kamaraj. The actor said he had been eagerly waiting for the film for nearly a year and had worked extensively for around ten months to take the project forward after ‘Gatta Kusthi 2’. However, differences with the director and serious budget-related challenges made it difficult to proceed.

Vishnu Vishal said that both sides eventually took the difficult decision to part ways by mutual agreement. He acknowledged that the decision was painful for both him and the director but said such tough calls are sometimes necessary as an actor and producer. The legal formalities related to the cancellation are expected to be completed soon. He is now focusing on ‘Irandu Vaanam’, ‘Yellow Yellow Dirty Fellow’ and another new project that will be officially announced soon.
