Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘Rowdy Janardhana’ Postponed to Summer 2027?

Vijay Deverakonda has an interesting lineup of films, including ‘Ranabaali’ and ‘Rowdy Janardhana’. While ‘Ranabaali’ is scheduled for the Dussehra season, the release plans for ‘Rowdy Janardhana’ have reportedly changed. The rural mass action entertainer, directed by Ravi Kiran Kola of ‘Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru’ fame, was earlier expected to arrive this year. However, the latest reports suggest that the makers are now targeting a Summer 2027 release. Vijay is expected to join the sets after completing the shoot of ‘Ranabaali’.

The project is being produced by ace producer Dil Raju under the banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. Keerthy Suresh is playing the female lead, while Christo Xavier is composing the music. Set against the picturesque Godavari backdrop, the film is expected to explore a rural setting with a strong mass and action-oriented narrative.
