Venu Hunts for Star Heroine for ‘Yellamma’

After delivering a blockbuster hit with ‘Balagam’, director Venu is now gearing up for another rural mass entertainer titled ‘Yellamma’. The makers have already officially announced that music director Devi Sri Prasad will play the lead role in the film. However, the team is yet to reveal the female lead.

According to industry buzz, the makers are keen on casting a star heroine for the project. Names like Keerthy Suresh, Sai Pallavi, Mrunal Thakur, and Bhagyashri are reportedly under consideration. However, no actress has been finalized yet. Venu is said to be carefully working on the heroine selection to ensure the film turns into a big success. Producer Dil Raju is also reportedly focusing on the casting process. The team is planning to begin the shoot at a rapid pace once the heroine is finalized.
