Venkatesh–Trivikram’s ‘Adarsha Kutumbam’: Story Similarities With ‘Blast’ Spark Fresh Debate

Venkatesh and Trivikram’s upcoming film ‘Adarsha Kutumbam’ has once again become a topic of discussion following reports about similarities between its story and the Tamil-Telugu hit ‘Blast’. Earlier reports suggested that the film’s shoot was temporarily halted and changes were made to the script because of the alleged similarities. However, the makers have not officially confirmed these reports, leaving the matter unclear.

During a recent discussion about the story and backdrop of ‘Adarsha Kutumbam’, Trivikram reportedly referred to the influence of ‘Black Swan’. He explained the idea of unexpected people or developments entering a situation and completely changing its course. In ‘Blast’ too, a middle-class family unexpectedly becomes part of a major businessman’s plan, leading to a series of developments. These similarities have renewed discussions about the two films. However, the actual storyline and treatment of ‘Adarsha Kutumbam’ will become clear only when the film is released.
