The Kannada star Yash’s upcoming film Toxic is reportedly undergoing a revised release strategy. Although the film was initially planned for release on June 4, it has now been postponed due to expanded global distribution plans. Sources suggest that the strong response at CinemaCon prompted the makers to aim for a wider international release.
The film, being made with Hollywood-level visual effects, is planned for a global rollout. While August 15 is being considered as a potential release date, competition from other major releases around the same period remains a concern. The film is directed by Geethu Mohan Das, who is said to be crafting it in a distinctive style.
The project also features Kiara Advani and Nayanthara in key roles, adding further appeal to the film. Following the success of K.G.F, expectations around Yash’s next venture are extremely high. Despite delays, the team is focused on delivering high-quality content, with an official release date expected to be announced soon.
