Film distribution in the Nizam region has become more active. While Mythri Movie Makers continues releasing small films, Annapurna has also entered distribution. Amid these changes, SVC has been acquiring films rapidly. After reports about “Gayapadda Simham” it was announced that ‘Vishnu Vinyasam,’ starring Sree Vishnu, has been bought by Australia Venkat.
‘Vishnu Vinyasam’ is positioned as a full family entertainer. Following the success of films like “Samajavaragamana”, this genre is seen as a good fit for Sree Vishnu. The teaser created interest by blending family elements with a youthful touch. As a result, the Telugu states theatrical rights were sold for ₹7.20 crores.
The film’s budget stands at around ₹21 crores. A few action scenes were shot but later removed during editing, adding to costs without reducing expenses. Digital and audio rights brought in ₹8.70 crores, while Karnataka rights added ₹50 lakhs. With some recovery still pending, the makers are expecting about ₹2 crores from overseas deals. The producer retains Hindi dubbing and satellite rights, which may help the project stay safe by release. If the film performs well, it could bring solid profits.
