Spirit: Hyderabad Backdrop Raises Questions Among Prabhas Fans?

Prabhas’ upcoming pan-India film Spirit has become a topic of discussion among fans after producer Pranay Reddy Vanga revealed in a recent interview that the story is primarily set in Hyderabad. This has led to questions about whether presenting Prabhas as a character from Hyderabad could influence the film’s reception among audiences across India.

However, the setting may not necessarily be a limitation for the film. Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal was also built around a specific urban setting but managed to create a strong impact across the country. With Triptii Dimri as the female lead, Spirit has already generated significant expectations. The way Vanga presents Prabhas’ character, along with the film’s drama, action and storytelling, is expected to determine its pan-India appeal. The makers are currently planning to release Spirit on March 5, 2027.
