Ram Pothineni in Rajinikanth’s ‘Dharman’?

The upcoming action thriller ‘Dharman’, reportedly bringing superstar Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan together after nearly 46 years, has generated significant buzz. Produced by Kamal Haasan under Raj Kamal Films International and directed by Ashwath Marimuthu, the film is now at the centre of fresh speculation. Reports suggest that Telugu actor Ram Pothineni may play Rajinikanth’s son-in-law, with his character reportedly having shades of negativity and intense face-off scenes with Rajinikanth. However, the makers have not officially confirmed Ram’s involvement.

Simran is reportedly playing Rajinikanth’s wife, while Raashii Khanna is said to be playing their daughter and Ram’s onscreen pair. Yogi Babu and Rukmini Vasanth are also part of the cast, with Anirudh Ravichander composing the music. The film’s second schedule is reportedly underway and the makers are planning a 2027 release. Fans are now waiting for an official announcement regarding Ram Pothineni’s reported role.
