Prithviraj Sukumaran is an actor who works across many film industries. Though he is from Malayalam cinema, he has also acted in Hindi and Telugu films and appears regularly in pan-India projects. Earlier, he impressed audiences with a strong negative role in Prabhas Salaar. He is also playing the villain in Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli’s upcoming film Varanasi, which was officially announced at a recent event. Now, reports suggest that he may take up another villain role in a new Telugu movie.
Nani is currently busy with The Paradise, which is scheduled for a theatrical release on March 26. While there were rumors about delays, recent updates have clearly confirmed that the film will release on the announced date. After this, Nani will act in a new film directed by Sujeeth, who recently delivered a hit with OG. This project was announced some time ago and is expected to go on floors from next summer.
Preparations for this Nani–Sujeeth film have already begun. As part of this, there is strong buzz that Prithviraj Sukumaran is being considered for an important role in the movie. If this news turns out to be true and his role becomes a success, it could firmly establish him in Telugu cinema. Just like Dhanush and Dulquer Salmaan, who have slowly settled as heroes in Tollywood, Prithviraj also seems to be moving steadily towards creating a strong place for himself in Telugu films.
