Sources say the actor is preparing to begin construction on a piece of land he purchased nearly two years ago. Prabhas already owns a guest house in Raidurg, but with the area becoming increasingly busy, he is said to be planning another luxurious residence. Reports also suggest that he has purchased agricultural lands around Hyderabad over the past five years.
