Prabhas Goes All In for 'Spirit'; No Body Double for Action Scenes?

Prabhas is reportedly giving top priority to 'Spirit', director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's ambitious action entertainer. According to industry reports, the pan-India star has allocated bulk shooting dates to ensure the project progresses without delays. Reports also suggest that Prabhas has decided to perform the film's major action sequences himself, without using a body double, in an effort to match the filmmaker's vision of delivering a raw and realistic cinematic experience. However, the makers have not officially confirmed these production details.

The screenplay is said to have been completed well in advance, with Sandeep Reddy Vanga waiting for Prabhas' availability before commencing full-scale production. The film is currently being shot across Hyderabad and several international locations. 'Spirit' features Prabhas as a fearless police officer in one of the most action-packed roles of his career. Triptii Dimri plays the female lead, while Vivek Oberoi is set to appear in a pivotal role. The film is currently scheduled for a theatrical release on March 5, 2027.
