There is considerable anticipation surrounding ‘Toxic’, starring Kannada Rocking Star Yash and directed by Geetu Mohandas. The film is being made with both Indian and Hollywood audiences in mind, with preparations underway for its international release through Lionsgate. Amid this buzz, new rumours regarding the film’s censor cuts have gone viral on social media. Reports claim that around 20 minutes have allegedly been removed from the Indian version.
According to the ongoing speculation, the Indian version could have a runtime of around 2 hours and 55 minutes, while the overseas version may run for approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes. However, there is still no clarity on whether these runtime details specifically refer to the Hollywood version. Earlier reports had also suggested that the English version could feature a shorter runtime without songs. The makers are yet to officially respond to the latest claims regarding the alleged censor cuts, so they should be treated as unverified rumours for now.
