Kannappa Beauty in Chiranjeevi’s Movie... What Is Bobby’s Plan?

Megastar Chiranjeevi is in great form after his recent success. While ‘Vishwambhara’ is getting ready for release, he is also planning a big project with director Bobby Kolli. Their previous film Waltair Veerayya was a major hit. Pre-production work for Mega 158 is currently in progress and regular shooting may begin by the end of February or in March.

There are reports of a special guest role in the film. A young hero is expected to appear for about 20 minutes in the second half, mainly in a flashback episode. Initially, Tamil actor Karthi was considered, but now the team is reportedly looking at a Telugu young hero. Actress Priyamani is being considered as the female lead and Malayalam superstar Mohanlal may play a key role. There are also talks of bringing music legend A. R. Rahman on board as the composer. The film will be produced by KVN Productions.

The story is said to focus on a strong emotional bond between a father and daughter, with Chiranjeevi playing a powerful father role. For the daughter’s character, several names were considered. According to the latest buzz, ‘Kannappa’ actress Preity Mukhundhan is likely to be selected. She was recently seen in Kannappa. An official announcement is yet to be made. If confirmed, this project could be a big turning point in her career.
