Pan-India star Prabhas is currently busy with multiple big projects. While continuing the shoot of ‘Fauji’, he is also preparing for ‘Spirit’ and ‘Kalki 2’. Ever since ‘Spirit’ was announced with Prabhas as the lead and Sandeep Reddy Vanga as the director, expectations have been very high. Every small update about this action-based film has been going viral on social media, with special focus on the villain role.
Soon after the announcement, reports suggested that Korean action star Don Lee might play the villain. Known worldwide for films like ‘The Outlaws’ and ‘Train to Busan’, his entry was expected to give the movie a global boost. However, there has been no official confirmation from the team. At a recent event, when asked about the villain, Vanga’s reply - “It will happen as you expect” - further increased curiosity.
Industry buzz says Vanga is planning ‘Spirit’ as not just a Pan-India but a Pan-World project, possibly involving Korean actors and stunt teams. Prabhas is said to be playing a police officer in the film. After ‘Animal’, fans expect Vanga to deliver even more intense action. With Don Lee’s birthday on March 1, speculation is strong that a special poster or announcement may arrive on that day.
