Good News for Prabhas Fans

The re-release trend is currently gaining momentum in Tollywood, with blockbuster films of popular stars returning to theatres on their birthdays. After movies featuring Mahesh Babu, Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan were re-released and received a warm response, Prabhas’ popular blockbuster ‘Varsham’ is now reportedly set to return to the big screen. The film is expected to be re-released on October 23, marking Prabhas’ birthday.

Released in 2004, Varsham was directed by Sobhan and featured Trisha as the female lead, with Gopichand playing the antagonist. Produced by M.S. Raju, the film was a major success at the time and remains popular for its songs and memorable scenes. The movie is reportedly being prepared for a 4K Ultra HD re-release. Details regarding the number of theatres and other release plans are expected to be announced soon.
