Is ‘Baby’ Actress Vaishnavi Chaitanya Entering Kollywood?

Vaishnavi Chaitanya’s journey from YouTube to the silver screen continues to grow. After appearing in small roles in films like Ala Vaikuntapuramulo, Rang De and Tuck Jagadish, she gained wide recognition as a lead actress with Baby, starring Anand Deverakonda. Her debut as a heroine brought her popularity, appreciation and awards.

She is currently working on the film Epic: The Semester. Meanwhile, reports suggest that she is preparing for her entry into Tamil cinema. A new project is said to be in the works with G. V. Prakash Kumar as the lead actor, directed by Vignesh Karthik, who earlier tasted success with Hotspot Too Much.

According to industry buzz, Vaishnavi Chaitanya will play the female lead in this upcoming film. She previously appeared in a small role in Ajith’s Valimai. If the current reports turn out to be true, this project will mark her first full-fledged role as a heroine in Kollywood.
