Malayalam star Fahadh Faasil, known for his versatile acting, continues to impress audiences with his powerful performances. He never limits himself to lead roles and chooses strong characters that suit his style. His role as SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat in Pushpa made a lasting impact and now buzz suggests he is all set to entertain Telugu audiences again - this time with a record-breaking paycheck.
Director Anil Ravipudi, who delivered a massive hit with Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu starring Chiranjeevi, is teaming up once again with Venkatesh for his next film. The duo has already worked together on F2 and F3. According to industry reports, another major star will also be part of this film. Initially, Tamil actor Karthi’s name made rounds, but now Fahadh Faasil is said to have been finalized. Whether he plays a villain opposite Venkatesh or another lead role is still unclear.
The latest gossip from Tollywood suggests that Fahadh is being paid a record ₹15 crore for this project - which is higher than what he earned for Pushpa. For Pushpa: The Rise, he reportedly received ₹3.5 crore and for Pushpa 2: The Rule, ₹7.8 crore, totaling about ₹12 crore. Given Fahadh’s growing popularity as “Shekhawat Sir” in Telugu states, producers are said to have offered the amount without hesitation. If the news is true, this could be one of the highest remunerations for a Malayalam actor in Telugu cinema.
