Director Sailesh Kolanu’s upcoming romantic drama Emo Emo Idi, featuring Roshan Meka and Preethi Mukundan in the lead roles, has drawn attention following reports of a change in its release plans. Hesham Abdul Wahab is composing the music for the film, which is being jointly produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas banners. Actress Devadarshini plays an important role as Roshan Meka’s mother. The film was initially scheduled to arrive in theatres on October 30, but the makers have reportedly decided to postpone the release.
The reported decision follows the scheduling of Venkatesh’s Adarsha Kutumbam for the same date. Out of respect for the senior actor, the team behind Emo Emo Idi is said to have opted to move its release to another date. The makers are expected to announce the revised schedule soon. Meanwhile, the team plans to release a series of songs to build anticipation and keep audiences engaged ahead of the film’s theatrical debut. Moviegoers are now waiting for the new release date and further updates about the romantic drama. The postponement and promotional plans have been reported, but an official announcement from the production team would provide final confirmation.
