Dulquer Salmaan’s much-awaited thriller ‘I’m Game’ has finally arrived in theatres across India. Directed by Nahas Hidayath of ‘RDX’ fame, the film has generated considerable interest among fans. However, reports had emerged ahead of the release that morning shows might not be held in some languages. As expected, morning shows in the Telugu states have reportedly been cancelled, with the film likely to begin its screenings from the afternoon. The delay is reportedly due to the late arrival of content related to the second half.
Dulquer Salmaan has also handled the production of ‘I’m Game’. Directed with a focus on an engaging storyline and thrilling elements, the film had created interest across South Indian languages before its release. Dulquer enjoys a strong fan following in Telugu states, and audiences were expecting a good opening here. However, the cancellation of morning shows could have some impact on the film’s first-day collections. The response from the afternoon shows has now become a key point of interest, while Jakes Bejoy’s music is another major attraction.
