Dil Raju Bags ‘Kaka’ Nizam Rights?

Expectations are rising for ‘Kaka’, starring Megastar Chiranjeevi and directed by Bobby Kolli. The makers recently announced the title and followed it with a glimpse, in which Chiranjeevi’s new look impressed fans. The film has already been announced for a grand Sankranti release on January 13, and trade activity surrounding its theatrical rights has reportedly begun.

According to the latest buzz, prominent producer and distributor Dil Raju has reportedly acquired the Nizam theatrical rights of ‘Kaka’. His strong distribution network in the Nizam region could help the film secure a good number of theatres, especially with several films competing during the Sankranti season. Anaswara Rajan is set to play Chiranjeevi’s daughter, while S.S. Thaman is composing the music. The film is produced by Venkat K. Narayana under the KVN Productions banner.
