Reports about Megastar Chiranjeevi stepping away from his proposed film with director Srikanth Odela have sparked speculation in Tollywood. However, according to industry buzz, the project has not been shelved. Reports suggest that Odela met Chiranjeevi shortly before the release of The Paradise and discussed plans for their proposed collaboration. Chiranjeevi reportedly indicated that the film could move forward once the director completes his current commitments, irrespective of the response to The Paradise.
According to the same reports, Srikanth Odela requested a six-month break after The Paradise to spend time with his family and prepare the script in detail. Chiranjeevi is said to have agreed to the request. If the script is finalised as planned, the project could move ahead in the coming months. However, details regarding the shooting schedule, cast and release date have not been officially announced. Until the makers issue a statement, the project’s timeline remains uncertain.
