Actor Ravi Teja will be seen in a completely different role in his upcoming film 'Irumudi', where he plays a devoted Ayyappa follower for the first time. His look featuring black attire, sacred beads, and religious markings has already attracted attention, while the film explores an emotional father, daughter relationship.
The film is composed by music director G. V. Prakash Kumar, and is expected to feature powerful devotional Ayyappa songs. Reports suggest two major devotional tracks, including the already trending “Bangaru Pallaki”, along with another spiritual composition highlighting the Sabarimala journey and devotees’ emotions.
With strong emotional content and music driven storytelling, Irumudi is currently one of the most discussed projects in Telugu cinema. The film also features a father-daughter song and a romantic track with Bhavana Shankar. Meanwhile, reports suggest Ravi Teja has reduced his remuneration from around 25 crore to 15 crore to support producers amid recent box office setbacks.
