YouTuber Prashna Ravan Expresses Regret During Police Custody Interrogation

YouTuber B. Joseph Ravan, also known as Prashna Ravan, was questioned by Gannavaram police during his custody in connection with a UAPA case registered over videos posted on his YouTube channel. A Gannavaram court had granted police custody for seven days, from September 18 to September 24, for further investigation. Police are reportedly examining the content of his videos and other aspects of the case.

According to reports, during questioning, Ravan expressed regret over commenting extensively on sensitive issues and reportedly said he should have avoided such matters. Police also questioned him about videos concerning Hindu deities, the preparation of scripts, the roles of people associated with the channel, its administrative structure and financial sources. He reportedly said that he prepared scripts himself, occasionally taking suggestions from others, while he did not provide clear answers to some questions relating to finances and alleged political connections.
