Panic gripped Labuan Airport in Malaysia after an unexploded bomb, believed to be from World War II, was discovered near the airport runway. The device was found about 200 metres from the runway on land belonging to the Royal Malaysian Air Force near Kerupang.
Following the discovery, authorities secured the area and initiated safety measures to prevent any risk. Airport operations were temporarily disrupted while bomb disposal experts began efforts to safely remove and neutralize the explosive.
