NASA representatives have invited the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) to participate in a future Moon mission. The invitation comes as NASA plans to expand international cooperation in lunar exploration and establish a permanent human outpost on the Moon’s south pole by 2032.
The proposed collaboration could further strengthen India-US cooperation in space exploration. ISRO’s participation would provide an opportunity for India to contribute its expertise to NASA’s ambitious plans for sustained human presence and scientific activities on the lunar surface.
