

Former YSRCP MP Vijay Sai Reddy visited Tirumala and offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara. Speaking after the darshan, he announced that he is set to usher in a new phase of politics in Andhra Pradesh by launching a new political party. He said the party would be formed to stand with and for the people, with the primary objective of strongly raising public issues in both the Assembly and Parliament. He also said he would work as a responsible representative and advocate for the people.
Vijay Sai Reddy said he prayed for good rainfall in the state without drought conditions or the impact of El Niño. He also prayed for the welfare and prosperity of farmers and for the state to remain free from food shortage concerns. He announced that he would hold a major media conference in Vijayawada later this month, where he would reveal his future political plans and the proposed party’s roadmap and activities.
