The Embassy of India in Vietnam has issued an official statement following the tourist boat accident near Vietnam, confirming that local authorities are continuing search and rescue operations while verifying the exact details of the incident. The embassy said it is closely coordinating with Vietnamese authorities to assist affected Indian nationals. To support families seeking information, dedicated control rooms have been established at the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City and at the Embassy of India in Hanoi.
