The government has announced the new daily wage structure under the VB–G Ram Ji rural employment scheme, setting wages between ₹300 as the minimum and ₹409 as the maximum. The revised rates aim to standardize payments for rural workers across different states under the newly implemented framework.
The new wage system has officially come into effect nationwide, ensuring uniform implementation across rural employment programs. Authorities stated that the revised structure will help improve income stability for rural households engaged in public works and employment guarantee schemes.
