

A new political chapter has begun in Kerala as the Congress led United Democratic Front formed the new government in the state. Senior Congress leader V. D. Satheesan took oath as the new Chief Minister of Kerala during a grand ceremony held at Central Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram on Monday. Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar administered the oath of office.
Along with the Chief Minister, a full cabinet was also sworn in during the ceremony. A total of twenty ministers, including the Chief Minister, officially assumed office. The formation of the new government created excitement among Congress supporters across the state, and the swearing-in event was conducted on a grand scale.
Several senior Congress leaders, Chief Ministers from different states, and opposition leaders attended the historic event. Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra were present at the ceremony. Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, and former Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan also attended and extended their wishes to the new government.
