The state government has introduced a new facility allowing farmers to book subsidised urea through MeeSeva centres across the state. The initiative aims to improve transparency and ensure timely distribution of urea. Farmers who are unable to use the Fertilizer Booking App can now visit their nearest MeeSeva centre with their Pattadar Passbook (PPB) number to complete the booking.
MeeSeva operators will register the farmer's details, cultivated land, and crop information before booking the required quantity of urea with the selected fertilizer dealer. After OTP verification, a Booking ID will be generated instantly. The service is available for a nominal fee of ₹10, and the Booking ID will remain valid for 48 hours.
