Uppal Balu Makes Interesting Remarks About His Earnings

Uppal Balu, who gained popularity through his social media videos and distinctive style, has opened up about his income and family responsibilities in a recent interview. He said he earns around ₹60,000 to ₹70,000 per month, dismissing speculation that he makes lakhs or crores. According to Balu, he receives between ₹2,000 and ₹3,000 for an interview and ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 for a promotional assignment. He added that he is satisfied with his current earnings.

Balu explained that his distinctive outfits and social media reels are largely driven by his desire to support his family, particularly his mother. He reflected that money is temporary and that no one can take material possessions away at the end of life. He also revealed that he currently lives in a rented house and does not own a home. Explaining his name, he said he chose “Uppal Balu” because he lives in Uppal and wanted to become known by that name. He added that he attends Bonalu celebrations but sometimes skips events due to health concerns or family commitments.
