UP Government Takes Action in Ayodhya Donation Case

The Uttar Pradesh government has initiated action in the alleged Ayodhya Ram Temple donation embezzlement case. Authorities have decided to seize illegally acquired assets and demolish unauthorized constructions linked to the accused. Notices have already been issued by the Ayodhya Development Authority to accused Lavkush Mishra regarding a two storey house under construction near the Ayodhya–Lucknow Highway.

Meanwhile, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) is auditing the temple trust's financial records for the past five years. The investigation aims to verify the utilization of donations received by the trust and identify any financial irregularities.
