Unexpected Incident During Plane Landing

A Sita Air aircraft carrying 16 people encountered an incident while landing at Juphal Airport in Dolpa district of Nepal on Thursday morning. The aircraft, which had taken off from Nepalgunj, lost its rear right tyre during landing at around 8:25 AM. There were 13 passengers and three crew members on board, including seven foreign nationals among the passengers.

The aircraft came to a halt on the runway following the incident, and all passengers and crew members were reported safe. The plane did not suffer any major structural damage. As the aircraft remained on the runway, flight operations at Juphal Airport were temporarily disrupted, while authorities arranged for technicians to inspect and repair the aircraft.
