

Two women from Keralam were allegedly murdered in California, United States, in a shocking incident that has caused concern among their families and the local community. The victims have been identified as Anjana and Ann Mathew. According to Anjana’s relative Vinod, the two women and their friend Anila were from Thrissur, Thiruvananthapuram and Kottayam in Keralam. The three were reportedly living in the same apartment in California along with their families. Anila has allegedly been accused of stabbing Anjana and Ann Mathew to death and is reportedly in police custody.
Union Minister Suresh Gopi has responded to the incident, stating that the deaths have been confirmed as murders. However, he said the exact motive behind the killings is yet to be established. Suresh Gopi assured that all necessary steps were being taken to bring the victims’ bodies back to Keralam. He also expressed his support to the bereaved families and assured them that all possible assistance would be extended during this difficult time.
