

Telangana Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao met Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and held detailed discussions on various issues concerning the state’s agriculture sector. The meeting focused on urea supply, a minimum guaranteed price for palm oil and other matters related to agricultural sector organizations in Telangana. Tummala also brought several concerns of the state’s farmers and agriculture sector to the Union Minister’s attention.
Shivraj Singh Chouhan appreciated the Telangana government for making the state the country’s number one in palm oil cultivation area. He also responded positively to several issues raised by Minister Tummala and assured a favourable consideration of the concerns related to Telangana’s agriculture sector.
