The rush of devotees at the Tirumala temple of Lord Venkateswara is currently normal. On Monday, a total of 77,085 devotees had darshan of Lord Venkateswara, while 33,766 devotees offered their hair as part of their vows. The temple authorities said the hundi collection for the day stood at ₹4.61 crore.
On Tuesday, devotees without tokens were waiting in 14 compartments for Sarva Darshan, with the waiting time estimated at around eight hours. Devotees holding SSD and DD tokens were expected to have darshan within four to five hours, while those with ₹300 Special Entry Darshan tickets were expected to complete darshan within three to four hours, according to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).
