US President Donald Trump stated that America will always remain at the top and vowed not to let the nation decline. He made these remarks while addressing the 250th Independence Day celebrations held in Washington on Saturday. During his speech, he touched upon key issues such as patriotism and divisive politics, and once again highlighted the slogan of the “American Voter Eligibility Protection Act,” emphasizing the importance of safeguarding democratic values.
However, the celebrations witnessed disruptions in several places due to extreme weather conditions, including intense heat in some regions and rain in others. In a shocking incident at Coney Island in New York, a gunman opened fire on people who had gathered to watch a fireworks display. At least eight people were injured in the attack, casting a shadow over the otherwise grand celebrations.
