Trump Towers Coming to Hyderabad’s Kokapet

Hyderabad’s luxury real estate landscape is set for another major addition with Trump Towers Hyderabad coming up on Golden Mile Road in Kokapet. The twin-tower residential project is being developed by Tribeca Developers, the Trump brand’s Indian partner, in collaboration with Ira Realty. The project has been registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TGRERA), with the approved plan covering a built-up area of about 2.65 lakh square metres.

According to the RERA registration, the project comprises two wings, each planned with 65 superstructure slabs, and the approved completion date is in 2031. The development is positioned as an ultra-luxury residential project, with large-format premium homes. Industry reports and project information indicate that the development is expected to further strengthen Kokapet’s position as one of Hyderabad’s prominent luxury real estate destinations. The project is also being marketed as Tribeca’s first Trump-branded development in South India.
