Actress Trisha Krishnan has expressed her disappointment with international fashion brand Zara, alleging repeated quality issues with her online purchases. In a post shared on her Instagram Story, Trisha said that the clothes delivered to her had an unpleasant odour and claimed that this was the third consecutive time she had faced the same issue. Calling the experience "disgusting," she urged the brand to strengthen its quality control process before dispatching products to customers.
Tagging Zara in her post, Trisha requested the company to ensure that home-delivered garments are properly checked and free from bad odours before packaging. The actress, who is currently busy with projects including 'Karuppu', has sparked widespread discussion on social media about quality control in online shopping and customer service standards. Zara has not publicly responded to her remarks so far.
