Tragic US Road Accident

A tragic road accident in the United States claimed the lives of three members of a Hyderabad-based family, leaving two others seriously injured. Sheikh Abdul Naveed, a resident of Vani Nagar in Yakutpura, had been living in San Francisco with his family for the past decade, where he serves as a Director at a pharmaceutical company. While travelling with his family on a leisure trip, their car met with a fatal accident. His wife Nazia Salma (45), daughter Neha Naheen Sheikh (19), and son Hafeez Umar Sheikh (14) died at the scene.

Sheikh Abdul Naveed and his eight-year-old daughter Khateeja Sheikh sustained serious injuries and are undergoing treatment in a hospital. The incident has left relatives and residents of Vani Nagar in deep shock. Local MLA Jaffer Hussain and MBT leader Amjadullah Khan visited the bereaved family. Naveed's father, Sheikh Abdul Sayeed, appealed to the government to facilitate emergency US visas for close family members so they can travel to be with the survivors.
