Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has clarified that recommendation letters for Lord Venkateswara’s darshan and accommodation at Tirumala will not be accepted while the Model Code of Conduct is in force in Andhra Pradesh. The decision is intended to ensure compliance with election-related restrictions during the period when the code remains applicable.
According to TTD officials, arrangements will be made only for protocol dignitaries who visit in person, subject to the applicable rules. Devotees planning to visit Tirumala have been asked to take note of the announcement and cooperate with the temple administration. Visitors are advised to make their plans in accordance with the prevailing procedures rather than relying on recommendation letters.
