Heavy rainfall has also been reported or forecast in parts of northern Telangana, including Karimnagar, Rajanna Sircilla and Kamareddy. Authorities have urged people to exercise caution during thunderstorms, particularly while travelling or staying outdoors. Residents are advised to avoid open areas and take necessary precautions during lightning and strong winds.
