Tension Erupts in Jogipet Over Beef Shop Dispute

Tension prevailed in Jogipet of Sangareddy district following a dispute over the establishment of beef shops. The disagreement reportedly escalated into a violent clash, with members of both groups allegedly attacking each other using stones, sticks, and sharp weapons. Several people sustained injuries in the incident.

According to initial reports, some of the injured were allegedly attacked again while they had reached the Jogipet Government Hospital for treatment. Jogipet police rushed to the spot, dispersed the groups, and brought the situation under control. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
