Telugu Woman Nikitha Murder Case: Ex-Boyfriend Arrested in Agra

A significant development has been reported in the murder case of Telugu woman Nikitha in the United States. Telangana Police arrested her former boyfriend, Arjun Sharma, 27, in Agra on August 24. According to the information provided, Sharma fled to India following Nikitha’s murder in Maryland and was subsequently taken into custody by the police.

The police produced Arjun Sharma before the Patiala House Court in Delhi. An extradition process has now been initiated following a request from US authorities. Further legal action is being taken under the extradition treaty between India and the United States. Police also said that a case had earlier been registered against Sharma at the Lallaguda Police Station in Hyderabad.
