Telugu Student Sai Madhumitha Ties Rakhi to PM Modi

Raksha Bandhan celebrations were held at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s official residence at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg in New Delhi on Friday. Telugu student Sai Madhumitha, who is pursuing Class 12 MBiPC in Delhi, participated in the special celebrations and tied a rakhi to Prime Minister Modi.

Sai Madhumitha joined students and children from different parts of the country at the event. She expressed happiness over getting the opportunity to personally tie a rakhi to the Prime Minister. Modi also interacted warmly with the children and shared moments from the celebrations. He wished that Raksha Bandhan would strengthen bonds of love, affection and harmony among people and prayed for happiness, prosperity and well-being in everyone’s lives.
