Telangana Swimmers Dominate National Swimming Championships

Telangana swimmers delivered an impressive performance at the National Junior Aquatic Championships held in Bhubaneswar, securing a total of four medals. Suhas Preetham clinched the gold medal in the 100m backstroke, while Nityam won silver in the 400m individual medley and bronze in the 100m backstroke.

Annik added another bronze medal for Telangana in the 50m freestyle event. All three swimmers train at the Gachibowli S.A.T.S. Swimming Centre. Their strong showing at the national-level competition has brought recognition to Telangana’s swimming talent, with the young athletes now looking to build on their performances in future competitions.
