Telangana SIR Deadline Extended

The Central Government has extended the deadline for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Telangana. The revision process, which was originally scheduled to be completed earlier, will now continue until October 7. The extension is intended to provide additional time for completing the voter-list revision exercise and related formalities.

Following the extended schedule, the final electoral roll for Telangana is set to be published on November 9. Officials will continue the revision process during the extended period before the final voter list is released. The updated schedule is expected to provide additional time to verify and finalise voter-related details.
