Telangana Police Launch 'Stand with Her'

The Women Safety Wing of the Telangana Police has launched a statewide initiative under its flagship 'Stand with Her' campaign by conducting a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme at the National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (NI-MSME) in Hyderabad. Lecturers and Assistant Professors from government degree colleges and universities across Telangana participated in the programme and were trained as Master Trainers.

The inaugural session was attended by Director General of Women Safety Wing Charu Sinha, IPS, along with senior police and education department officials. The campaign aims to encourage men and boys to promote gender equality, challenge inappropriate behaviour, and help create safe and inclusive educational institutions. The trained faculty members will now conduct similar awareness programmes across colleges and universities throughout Telangana.
