Telangana Launches Demand Survey for ‘Indiramma Indlu’ Flats in Hyderabad

The Telangana Government, through the Telangana Housing Board (TGHB), has launched a demand survey for the ‘Indiramma Indlu’ Housing Towers project in Hyderabad's CURE area and released a detailed brochure outlining the scheme. In the first phase, 7,680 affordable flats will be constructed across 16 locations, including KPHB Colony, Bandlaguda, Kowkoor, Pocharam, Raidurgam, Jubilee Hills, Amberpet, Maredpally and other areas. Each flat will have a built-up area of 528 square feet with a 400-square-foot carpet area. The government will provide a ₹5 lakh subsidy per flat and bear the entire land cost, while beneficiaries are expected to contribute around ₹6 lakh.

Applicants must have been residing in the Hyderabad CURE area for the last 10 years, should not own a house, flat or plot, and must have an annual family income of less than ₹6 lakh. Applications can be submitted through MeeSeva centres or MeeSeva WhatsApp by paying a ₹100 application fee and a refundable ₹10,000 token advance. After document verification and a 360-degree eligibility check, flats will be allotted through a lottery if required. The scheme also provides reservations for SCs, STs, BCs, persons with disabilities, outsourcing employees, Class-IV staff and sanitation workers, with 30% of the reserved quota earmarked for women.
