The Telangana High Court will hear the fee reimbursement case today, with the state government seeking the removal of the interim stay granted during the previous hearing. According to the government, the stay has delayed the implementation of the reimbursement process, creating difficulties for students taking fresh admissions into colleges.
The government informed the court that it is prepared to release fee reimbursement not only for newly admitted students but also for those studying in the second, third, and fourth years during the current academic year. The outcome of the hearing is expected to play a key role in ensuring timely financial support for thousands of eligible students across the state.
